They can die by Old Age, Overexertion, Electrocution, Hunger, Fire, Drowning, Cowplant, Embarrassment, Laughter, Rocket Ship Crash Landing, a Cardiac Explosion and more new deaths Death by Steam, Death by Pufferfish, Sunlight, Poison and Guinea Pig. When you are trying to kill a Sim it will be much harder in The Sims 4 than in the previous Sim games but it’s definitely doable. If you want the easy way out for your Sim you can use the Death Cheats mentioned in this guide or can be found on the cheat code page. When new expansions are released with new death types, this guide will be updated. When a Sim dies it doesn’t mean they are gone forever, they can come back as a ghost and even join your household. Start a fire while cooking, light up the fireplace or crash land with a Rocket Ship If you want, you can even resurrect a ghost into a living Sim again. Your Sim can die in a fire that is mostly caused by the Sim itself or your interior architect skills.
